It also engages every major muscle in your lower body - glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, abs, and calves - in exercise, toning and sculpting your physique. Therefore climbing stairs for 2-4 hours daily will build the muscle mass and strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility of the body. But what exactly can do for person strength is that legs only, stamina and endurance and resilience and flexibility what does that mean to get better? I'm talking about ten staircase  floor of ten steps each one that should be 200 steps together. So did 2-4hrs daily fir two months what can you get for strengths and more how strong can I lift?
