Sunlight is composed of seven colors called “VIBGYOR” (violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red). All these colors together appear white. All these colors have different wavelength. Red has the highest wavelength and so, it has the least energy. As the wavelength decreases, energy increases.
