To Explain:Tension in a massless rope is constant throughout the rope.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
In a massless rope the tension is constant unless it’s force is not being used to accelerate any other object.
In a massless rope the force is distributed symmetrically all over the rope and is very less in quantity.
When we tie some mass along the rope and try to accelerate it, the distribution of force in the rope is no more symmetric and thus the tension is no more constant throughout the rope.
Conclusion:
The tension throughout the massless rope is constant unless some external force is not applied to it..
