Metrics:

Metrics are defined as the measurements which evaluate results to determine whether a project will meet its goals or not. Critical Success Factors (CSF) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are the two core metrics.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Metrics:

Supply chain management metrics will help an organization to understand about its operations over a given period of time. Many areas like procurement, production, distribution, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and customer service are covered by supply chain measurements.
