The pathogen is the organisms that cause diseases. Some of the diseases caused by pathogens are food poisoning- E.Coli, Strep throat- streptococcus pyogenes. The different types of pathogens are bacteria, viruses, protozoa, viroids. Some of the symptoms of the pathogen are constipation, poor muscle tone, etc.

Organisms can spread in many ways. The source of disease organisms can be human (an infected food server), animal (bacteria-carrying rat), or an inanimate object (contaminated water)
