Summary Introduction

Introduction: Fungi reproduce either by asexual mode of reproduction or by sexual mode of reproduction. They produce microscopic spores which grow to form the fully developed mature organisms. The spores produced by asexual reproduction are genetically identical to their parents. Asexual spores disperse to similar and favourable places; whereas sexual spores colonize new habitats.
