To Prove: In the given figure $\angle WXZ\cong \angle TXY$

Explanation of Solution

Given information : We are given a figure in which $\angle WXZ\cong \angle TXY$

Formula used : If equals are added to equals then wholes are equal.

Proof: As per the question we have $\angle WXZ\cong \angle TXY$ …………………………...(i)

We know that if we add same quantity in two equal things the resultant things are also equal.

Using same approach here, adding $\angle TXZ$ on both sides of (i) we will get:

  $\begin{array}{l}\angle WXT\text{ + }\angle TXZ\cong \angle YXZ\text{ + }\angle TXZ\\ \\ \Rightarrow \angle WXT\cong \angle YXZ\end{array}$

Which proves the required result.
