Summary Introduction

To explain:

Restriction site has 4bp and 6bp, which one will closer together, farther apart, or similarly spaced or on average.

Introduction:

Restriction enzymes are the proteins, which cut the DNA at specific restriction site, also called by the name restriction endonucleases. Restriction enzyme is of four types, depend on their specificity they are distributed in the type. Four types of restriction enzymes are type I, type II, type III and type IV restriction enzyme. Type II restriction enzyme is mostly used in molecular genetics, because of their specificity , they cut directly on the restriction site and they only required Mg 2+ ions as cofactor. Type I and type III are not as specific like type II and they also need many cofactors to perform the function
