Explanation of Solution
There are two cycles through which viruses replicate. The lysogenic cycle and lytic cycle are the two types of viral replication. The lytic cycle uses the host’s machinery and make more viruses inside the cell, when the number of viruses is sufficient, they burst out of the cells. In the lysogenic cycle, incorporation of the viral genome into the genome of host occurs that infects the cell from within.
