Chapter 11.3, Problem 13AYP
Summary Introduction
To explain:
The three types of neurons based on structure, and give an example of their location.
Introduction:
Neurons are one of the two cell types that constitute the nervous system. There are approximately 100 billion neurons in the body. Neurons are the cells that can be excited electrically. A neuron generally has three parts: a neuron cell body, dendrites, and a single axon.

Apart from food, plants need other nutrients like water and minerals.
Nitrogen, a mineral, is an important part of all living cells. All organisms need nitrogen in order to grow and repair.
Although nitrogen exists in its elemental form in the atmosphere, it cannot be directly used by plants.
7 Where else can plants obtain their nitrogen from?
Plants make their own nitrogen.
B Plants get it from animals.
Plants get it from the soil.
D
Plants have special structures to break down
atmospheric nitrogen.
