Personal Leadership Development Plan - 15% of Final Grade MGMT 50199 Leadership Development PERSONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN During the first weeks of the semester, you were actively engaged in learning about YOU and how you see yourself as a LEADER. You completed several Individual Assessments, participated in various in-class exercises and activities, and reflected on your learning. Each of these activities allowed you to identify aspects of and explore your authentic self, leading to you uncovering your authentic leadership voice and vision. There are two sections to this assignment, marks per direction is listed. This is an original assignment, there should be no overlap with other student assignments. The whole assignment is graded on spelling and grammar, and plagiarism/cheating. When you upload to TurnItIn click on the percentage that appears to verify your originality; if corrections are required, make them, and re-submit before the due date. Ensure you follow the word count required and focus on answer the question with reflection. Students short the word count will automatically lose half the available mark. Personal Leadership Development Plan - 15% of Final Grade Part Two – 13 of the 15 available marks 2 Marks : Your strength finder, and your class assessments lead you to your top three strengths. Remember your in-class assignment you narrowed what you felt the true meaning of the scientific analysis was. List the three strengths from strength finder and with reflection in mind, describe your view of what they mean and an example for each how you have used these strengths in the past. (200-300 words) Adaptability, includer, developer, and empathy restorative are my five strengths, as determined by the StrengthsFinder testing. Out of these five strengths, I believe the following three are the most important ones that support me in my life: 1. Adaptability: I try to live in the now, which makes it much easier for me to adjust to all the changes that are going to occur in my life. I am not limited to any certain timeline, which allows me to experience all obstacles and overcome them with ease. My move to Canada to pursue my studies is a prime illustration of my versatility. Coming to a completely new environment was a difficult decision for me, but it really helped me learn about different cultures and ways of living.
