Explanation of Solution

Independent event means if there is no affects on the probability of the other event occurring and the events cannot occur at the same time called as disjoint or mutually exclusive.

Example of rolling a dice

Sample space = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}

Odd outcomes = {1, 3, 5}

Even outcomes = {2, 4, 6}

Prime outcomes = {2, 3, 5}

So here the probability of even outcomes and odd outcomes are mutually exclusive or disjoint events or $P\left(even\cap odd\right)=0$ .
