Straight chain alkane has a lower vapor pressure as compare to branched chain alkane even with same molecular formula it is because vapor pressure is temperature dependent, higher boiling point means lower vapor pressure, because it will take more energy to vaporize, it also depend on the attractive forces and in the surface area of the molecule.
