Introduction:
Eukaryotic cells have membrane-bound organelles that perform a specific function. Prokaryotic cells lack these organelles. Like all other eukaryotic organelles, mitochondria and chloroplasts also perform specialized and dedicated functions. However, these two organelles are different form the rest of the eukaryotic organelles.
