Program plan:

• Create a class “Table”,
  • Define the function “main()”,
    • Declare and initialize the necessary variables.
    • Print the table header.
    • Execute “while” for “5” times,
      • Print first column value.
      • Multiply the value by “10”.
      • Print the second column value.
      • Multiply the value by “100”.
      • Print the third column value.
      • Multiply the value by “1000”.
      • Print the fourth column value.
      • Print new line.
      • Increment the counter variable.
