The way muscles aid in inhalation and exhalation.

Introduction:

The respiratory cycle consists of inhaling and exhaling. Air is breathed IN during inhalation, and the air is breathed OUT during expiration. Normal air conduction occurs from the high-pressure area to the low-pressure area. The lungs are stimulated for inhalation when the pressure inside them is lower than the pressure outside. When the pressure inside the lungs is greater than the pressure outside, exhalation happens.
