Summary Introduction

Introduction: Angiosperms are called flowering plants. The flower is the reproductive part of the angiosperms. A flower consists of four parts, sepals, petals, stamens, and carpels. Petals and sepals together form the perianth. The carpels and stamens are the sexual organs that are present at the center of the flower. The stamens are the male reproductive part of a flower and are collectively called androecium. The carpels are the female reproductive part and are called gynoecium.
