Introduction: Exercise includes doing any type of physical activity that is known to either increase or maintains the physical fitness and overall health of the individual. The physical exercises are grouped into three categories-aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, and flexibility exercise. The aerobic exercise increases cardiovascular endurance because it enables the body to use increased amounts of oxygen than normal.
