Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation: The process by which isothermal expansion of a gas be achieved has to be stated.

Concept introduction: The system is said to have gone through a process when the initial state is changed to the final state.  The properties of the system such as temperature, pressure, enthalpy, entropy are changes in thermodynamic process.  The second law of thermodynamics allows the classification of all processes into two main categories that is reversible and irreversible processes.  The isothermal processes are those in which the temperature remains constant throughout the process.
