Concept explainers
From your earlier experimentation with the ticket machine objects within BlueJ, you can probably remember the names of some of the methods-printicket, for instance. Look at the class definition in Code 2.1 and use this knowledge, along with the additional information about ordering we have given you, to make a list of the names of the fields, constructors, and methods In the TicketMachine class. Hint: There Is only one constructor in the class.

- In this exercise, you are going to build on your Circleclass from the previous exercise. You are going to add 2 method, areaDifference and perimeterDifference. Both methods take a doubleradius of a second circle and return the difference from the current circle. For example, if you create a Circle object with a radius of 4 and call areaDifference(3), you will return the diffence between the area of a circle with radius 4 and the area of a circle with a radius of 3. perimeterDifferencewould be the same. Make sure you create at least one Circle and test and print the results of your methods. given: public class Circle{private double radius;public Circle(double theRadius){radius = theRadius;}// Add a method called area that returns the area of a circle// using Math.PIpublic double area(){return Math.PI*radius*radius;}// Add a method called perimeter that returns the perimeter of a// circle using Math.PIpublic double perimeter(){return Math.PI*2*radius;}}arrow_forwardCreate a TestCard project with a TestCard class and a Card class. Data members for the Card class should be two numeric values representing the suit of the Card and the card's number. The Card class also has a constructor and methods for setting and getting the card information. See UML model. In the TestCard class within main(), deal two cards at a time by constructing two card objects. One card is the user's. The other is the computer's. Show both cards. Add a point to whoever had the higher card. Show who won the trick and the score. Scores don't change if a tie. Keep dealing until user wants to quit or 26 pairs have been dealt. UML for Card class -suit: int the number that corresponds to the suit of the card. 0 Hearts, 1 Diamonds, 2 Clubs, 3 Spades -value: int the value of the card. Ace is 1, 2 is 2, ..., Jack is 11, Queen 12, King 13. +Card() Default constructor. The String contains, in CSV format, a list of cities and other cities that they are connected to. So, for example, the input: Champaign,Chicago,St. Louis Chicago,Detroit,Milwaukee St. Louis,Champaign,Cincinnati Means that Champaign is connected to Chicago and St. Louis, and that Chicago is connected to Detroit and Milwaukee, and so on. Essentially the CSV serializes a directed graph, where the first item on each line is a node and the other items represent other nodes that it is connected to. This is one way of serializing a directed, unweighted graph. If the String passed to the constructor is null, throw an IllegalArgumentException. Make sure to trimall the Strings that you extract from the CSV. Your class should parse this String and provide a single instance method isConnected. isConnected accepts two Strings and returns true if the first city is connected to the second based on the graph…arrow_forward
- Can you guess what types some of the Book class’s fields might be, from the parameters in its constructor? Can you assume anything about the names of its fields?arrow_forwardWrite a method that takes two string parameters, and tells whether the first is a substring of the second. You can't use framework methods that do this for you, such as indexOf(). In other words, you have to write the loops yourself. But, you can use the primitive methods such as charAt(). Also analyze the program's performance and state the big-O complexity of your method. Provide a screenshot of the code working.arrow_forwardWe already have the address and vehicle class for the system below. We will need a CarShow class with IsSanctioned() method, Owner class with IsOwner method and a main class that creates objects and implements all our existing classes. Use the class diagrams. Make sure to include respective attributes, setters, getters and constructors in your code Explain your code in a few words.arrow_forward
- Create a new project for this program called TestOldMaid and add a class with a main() method. In the project: Copy your Deck and Card class from the earlier project into it. Create a subclass of Deck called OldMaidDeck. It is special because one of the Queens is missing so it only has 51 cards. Create a constructor method that calls the super class constructor, then removes a queen. Override the toString method so it returns the name of the deck and the number of cards in it. Write the test main() method. Create an OldMaidDeck object and deal all the cards to six players. It is ok if not everyone has an equal number of cards. Use arrays or ArrayLists for the players hands. Show the hands of all 6 players. Refer to the web to find out more about the Old Maid card game: https://bicyclecards.com/how-to-play/old-maid/ Fully document all classes with your name, date and description. And each data member and method is documented. Each block that does something is also documented.arrow_forwardCreate a new project for this program called TestOldMaid and add a class with a main() method. - elow for each class you find a UML and description of the public interface. Implementing the public interface as described is madatory. There's freedom on how to implement these classes. The private properties and private methods are under your control.. There are multiple ways of implementing all these classes. Feel free to add private properties and methods. For each object, it's mandatory to create a header file (.h), implementation file (.cpp) and a driver. Blank files are included. The header should have the class definition in it. The implementation file should contain the implementations of the methods laid out in the header fine. And finally the Driver should test/demonstrate all the features of the class. It's best to develop the driver as the class is being written. Check each section to see if there are added additional requirements for the driver. Two test suites are included so that work can be checked. It's important to implement the drivers to test and demonstrate…arrow_forward.If the name of getBalance is changed to getAmount, does the return statement in the body of the method also need to be changed for the code to compile? Try it out within BlueJ. What does this tell you about the name of an accessor method and the name of the field associated with it?arrow_forwardThis is for pygame Ball Class: The Ball class inherits from Drawable and it will draw a circle at its current location. You must implement at the very least the required methods of the base class (draw and get_rect), as well as a constructor. You may need to implement other methods as part of the public interface. This is the Drawable Classarrow_forward
