Introduction:
The process of developing an exact genetic replica (or clone) of a cell, tissue or an organism is commonly referred to as cloning. It mainly involves the reprogramming of gene expression in the nucleus of a differentiated cell so that gene acts as it does in a totipotent cell. This produces the genetically identical cells or tissues.
