Blood pressure is an important physiological aspect of a healthy body. It is the outward pressure that is exerted by the blood on the outside walls of blood vessels. Blood pressure varies at different pats in the vasculature system as the blood circulates through the body. It is regulated by many factors, one of them being resistance or peripheral resistance.
