Introduction:
Spliceosomes play an important role in the splicing mechanism of RNA. Different types of small nuclear ribonucleic proteins (snRNP’s) attach to other protein to produce spliceosomes. Spliceosomes consist of about 150 proteins and 5 RNAs and it is same in size with ribosomes. Ribosomes are the crucial genetic component that regulates the synthesis of proteins. It consists of two subunits: one is large subunit and another is small subunit. Both of the subunits are joined together and couple itself to the mRNA for the formation of protein.
