Mortgage Payment
Design a class that will determine the monthly payment on a home mortgage. The monthly payment with interest compounded monthly can he calculated as follows:
Where
Payment = the monthly payment
Loan = the dollar amount of the loan
Rate = the annual interest rate
Years = the number of years of the loan
The class should have member functions for setting the loan amount, interest rate, and number of years of the loan. It should also have member functions for returning the monthly payment amount and the total amount paid to the bank at the end of the loan period. Implement the class in a complete
Input Validation: Do not accept negative numbers for any of the loan values.

- Problem: Employee and ProductionWorker Classes Write a python class named ProductionWorker that is a subclass of the Employee class. The ProductionWorker class should keep data attributes for the following information: • Shift number (an integer, such as 1, 2, or 3)• Hourly pay rateThe workday is divided into two shifts: day and night. The shift attribute will hold an integer value representing the shift that the employee works. The day shift is shift 1 and the night shift is shift 2. Write the appropriate accessor and mutator methods for this class. Once you have written the class, write a program that creates an object of the ProductionWorker class, and prompts the user to enter data for each of the object’s data attributes. Store the data in the object, then use the object’s accessor methods to retrieve it and display it on the screen Note: The program should be written in python. The robot can have three possible movements: turn right turn left advance The robot is placed on a hypothetical infinite grid, facing a particular direction (north, east, south, or west) at a set of `{x,y}` coordinates,e.g., `{3,8}`, with coordinates increasing to the north and east. Create a Class `Robot` that contains a method `execute` which given a number of instructions will calculate the robot's new position, and the the direction in which it is pointing. ## Example The letter-string "RAALAL" means: Turn right Advance twice Turn left Advance once Turn left yet again Say a robot starts at `{7, 3}` facing north. Running this stream of instructions should leave it at `{9, 4}` facing west. ## Inputs and Outputs The argument of the `execute` is `string` in the format `X Y BEARING COMMANDS`. The method should return a one-liner `string` in the format `X Y BEARING`. In the…arrow_forward
- esign a class named WorkingDays. The purpose of the class is to store a value that represents number of hours worked and then convert it into number of days worked according to the formula given below: 8 working hours = 1 working day For example: v 8 hours would be equal to 1 day v 12 hours would be equal to 1.5 days v 18 hours would be equal to 2.25 daysarrow_forwardIn Python Programming Language : Design an Employee class that has fields for the following pieces of information : Employee name Employee number Design a class named ProductionWorker that extends the employee class. - True or false A class can have self-referential data membersarrow_forwardTerm by CodeChum Admin (JAVA CODE) Construct a class called Term. It is going to represent a term in polynomial expression. It has an integer coefficient and an exponent. In this case, there is only 1 independent variable that is 'x'. There should be two operations for the Term: public Term times(Term t) - multiplies the term with another term and returns the result public String toString() - prints the coefficient followed by "x^" and appended by the exponent. But with the following additional rules: if the coefficient is 1, then it is not printed. if the exponent is 1, then it is not printed ( the caret is not printed as well) if the exponent is 0, then only the coefficient is printed. Input The first line contains the coefficient and the exponent of the first term. The second line contains the coefficient and the exponent of the second term. 1·1 4·3 Output Display the resulting product for each of the test case. 4x^4arrow_forwardQ#:In a population, the birth rate and death rate are calculated as follows: Birth Rate = Number of Births ÷ Population Death Rate = Number of Deaths ÷ Population For example, in a population of 100,000 that has 8,000 births and 6,000 deaths per year, Birth Rate = 8,000 ÷ 100,000 = 0.08 Death Rate = 6,000 ÷ 100,000 = 0.06 Design a Population class that stores a current population, annual number of births, and annual number of deaths for some geographic area. The class should allow these three values to be set in two ways: either by passing arguments to a three-parameter constructor when a new Population object is created or by calling the setPopulation, setBirths, and setDeaths class member functions. Alternatively, you can use public properties of C#. The class should also have getBirthRate and getDeathRate functions that compute and return the birth and death rates. Write a short program that uses the Population class and illustrates its capabilities.arrow_forward
