First we shall convert the minutes into degrees.

We know that $1\text{'}={\left(\frac{1}{60}\right)}^{\circ }$

Therefore $20\text{'}={\left(\frac{20}{60}\right)}^{\circ }={0.33}^{\circ }$

  $\csc {23}^{\circ }20\text{'}=\csc {23.33}^{\circ }$

Here we shall use the calculator to find the value of the given function.

Hence the value is,

  $\csc {23.33}^{\circ }=2.525$
