Personal Narrative: A Trip To Terminal Park Elementary School

Officers requested to 304 West Chester Street for a disturbance. The caller was an employee with the Water Auth. and the individuals at the residence became disorderly with him and his co-worker.

EREPORT # 18573 statedthe following: The incident took place on today. DFCS worker accompanied Investigation Terry Smith to 317 West Main St, Sardis, MS due to reports coming to the Sheriffs Department alleging that Dakota, his girlfriend Kynli, and Dalton are staying in a home alone with no adults. The concerns individual also stated to Invest. Smith that the children were not in school. Kynli is pregnant and will be having her baby within the next month. After going to the home Invest. Smith and DFCS worker were able to assess that the allegations were true and the home was filthy and no adults were in the home and the children were not going to school. There are concerns for the minors at this time. The alleged perpetrators are allowing

Upon arrival we made contact with Justin Pearce, walking with his girlfriend and his children at the end of the driveway near the Farm to Market Road. While speaking to Justin Pearce I detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and or person. Justin Pearce stated he and his sister Erica Hammer got into a physical argument and had assaulted one another. I observed Justin Pearce to have obvious signs of injury to his person, including a swollen knot on the left side of his upper

On 11/02/2015, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police, Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximetely 2222 hours we went to Omega Ct. to assist Sgt. Garwood since he was out on a suspicous character and another call on Omega Ct. Sgt. Garwood advised us to go to the Delta Delta Delta house at the end of the block and speak to the reporting party. I went and made contact with Julie Nolte and Dakotah Gilmore who were inside the residence. We went to a back room and closed the door.

On August 11, 2017 Police Officer Lawrence Lezewski, DSN 11428 manning vehicle 2426 and I (Probationary Police Officer James Harris III, DSN 0513) manning vehicle 2425 received a radio call for an “Assault” at North Broadway and Salisbury Street on a Bi-State Bus. Upon our arrival, we were met by victim Eddie Dickens and witness Willie Penson (Bi-State Bus Driver), who stated the following:

Brian stated he was back at the resort over the weekend and while he was cleaning up the campsite, he observed parties on a boat come over to where his was parked, point at it, and talk for a few moments, then depart. Brian stated he thought it was suspicious with the report filed earlier this summer, and want to advise me of this circumstance. Brian didn’t know if there would be more reports or if the parties were focusing on his boat to file reports on it later.

On November 15, 2015, I, Cpl. Lessane, along with Deputy Jordan, with the Hampton County Sheriff's Office, responded to 2427 Bamberg Highway, in the county of Hampton, regarding disturbance with neighbors. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the complainant, Brandy Davis, who stated her neighbor, Wanda Carroll, kids were being disrespectful. Deputies gathered the pertinent information needed to complete this report.

Washington said she shouted, “Who’s there!” The juvenile males saw her and took off running down towards the townhomes. Washington said she then called the police.

At approximately 15:23 hours I arrived at Mulvane Grade School located at 411 SE Lewis Drive, Mulvane, Sedgwick County Kansas. I located Deputy Corley in the principals office speaking with a young child. I stepped into the room and sat down. Deputy Corley had already spoke with the male and needed to step out of the room to speak with the principal and school counselor. I sat in the room the the juvenile who was identified to me as Todd Emil Dick.

Back on October 3, 1974 at approximately 10:45pm two Memphis police officers were on patrol and received a complaint from dispatch to respond to a burglary in progress (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). Officers Leslie Wright and Elton Hymon took the call and responded to the location in question (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). After arriving, a neighbor told the two officers she heard glass breaking next door and “they” were breaking into the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). While officer Wright radioed back to dispatch the situation, officer Hymon proceeded to the backyard of the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). Hymon then heard a door slam and seen a person running across the lawn towards a chain link fence, later identified as Edward Garner

I entered the residence and was directed to a bedroom on the north side of the residence. I entered the bedroom and observed a white female standing next to the bed. She had a large, blue in color, lump under her left eye. She was unable to open her left eye very much. I later identified her as Anna Williams by Arkansas drivers license. I asked Anna what had happened and she said she was trying to leave the residence and they hit her. I asked Anna who "they" was and she said Gilbert and Judy. Anna said they hit her with their fists. At about this time, Mulvane EMS arrived on scene and started to render aide to Anna as I collected her personal information.

On Tuesday 06/20/17 at 1158 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic which occurred in the 2800 block of D ST SE in the City of Auburn, King CO, WA. Dispatch stated the reporting person was a school bus driver, Tamie Scholter, but she had relayed the information through her transportation center. Dispatch stated a male and female were in a physical fight on D ST SE near D PL SE, and that a male had pulled a female's hair.

Upon my arrival I observed the doors to the generator open and the lock still in place. There were no signs of forced entry are any marks that indicated a crime had occurred. I conducted an exterior and interior check of the school and there seem to be nothing out the ordinary or out of place that would indicate criminal mischief.

There is absolutely no evidence that Ryan caused the extensive damage seen in the 180s and 280s. Even Mr. Blakeman, who conducted the investigation, did not appear to be under the impression that Ryan caused these extensive damages. The only evidence of vandalism shows Ryan and two other individuals walking down a hallway on the other side of Commons and striking two tiles. The damage that they caused is, unfortunately, a normal amount of damage for Commons on a weekend night. Students frequently vandalize this dorm, and that is disgraceful, however one small, isolated incident is not indicative of responsibility for a second incident with much greater damages. The damages have not stopped since Ryan and the other individual shown in the video have left campus. I believe that it is clear that a portion of residents in Commons simply continue damaging Commons.

Police were notified by an activated security alarm in the Hallett Cove Middle School and arrived just before 4:30am on the Friday morning, where they discovered a window had been forced open and several buildings had been sprayed with graffiti at the school. Nearby, four people were found and allegedly had two laptops in their possession, which had been stolen from the school. A 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, both from Old Reynella, and a 16-year-old boy and 17-year-old girl, both from Sheidow Park, were arrested and charged with marking graffiti, carrying graffiti implements, serious trespass and theft. The three youths were bailed to appear in the Adelaide Youth Court in June, while the man was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court in
