On Tuesday 06/20/17 at 1158 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic which occurred in the 2800 block of D ST SE in the City of Auburn, King CO, WA. Dispatch stated the reporting person was a school bus driver, Tamie Scholter, but she had relayed the information through her transportation center. Dispatch stated a male and female were in a physical fight on D ST SE near D PL SE, and that a male had pulled a female's hair.
Dispatch advised the female was described a white, about 25 years old, had a tattoo on her left breast, and was wearing a black tank top and white shorts. Dispatch advised the male was described as black, 25 in age, wearing a blue T-shirt and jeans.

Simpson said Ward grabbed her MP3 player, and she followed him outside yelling at him to give it back. Simpson said Ward gave back the MP3 player.
Simpson stated Ward left on foot and she did not where he was going. I asked
Simpson where ward lives, and she stated he is moving to Alaska and does not have a home in the area right now. I asked Simpson for Ward's phone number, and she stated she did not believe he had a phone.
While I was contacting Simpson Officer A. Lindgren arrive and also spoke with
Warren. Officer Lindgren told me Warren stated he believed the male Simpson was arguing with was Diego Ramirez. Officer Lindgren told me Ramirez had warrants and that he left because he did not want to be contacted by the Police.
I located phone numbers for both Ward and Ramirez in a local database. I called the number for Ward, and a male, who identified himself as Kevin, answered the phone. Kevin told me he did not know who ward was.
I called the number for Ramirez, and there was no answer.
Officer Lindgren spoke to Simpson and asked her about Ramirez, and she told him
Ramirez was not involved and had not been there.
I called Scholter, and asked her what she saw. Scholter told me as she was driving by D ST SE in the school bus, she heard and saw a male and female arguing. Scholter described the male as being black, or a male with dark skin, about 6ft tall, heavyset, possibly 200lbs, with curly hair, wearing a navy blue

On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.
Thomas advised that he located Rayburn's vehicle parked behind the residence of 2302 Austin Ave. I arrived at that located in an attempt to make contact with Rayburn. There was no contact that the residence at that time.

In the West Boise area, a female victim was walking in the area when she was attacked. The unknown male had grabbed her from behind to assault her but ran when he heard a car approaching. Officers made contact with her at the hospital. This investigation is ongoing and officers are asking anyone with information
