SYNOPSIS: On November 15, 2015, I, Cpl. Lessane, along with Deputy Jordan, with the Hampton County Sheriff's Office, responded to 2427 Bamberg Highway, in the county of Hampton, regarding disturbance with neighbors. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the complainant, Brandy Davis, who stated her neighbor, Wanda Carroll, kids were being disrespectful. Deputies gathered the pertinent information needed to complete this report. INTERVIEW WITH COMPLAINANT: (BRANDY DAVIS) Ms. Davis stated on the above incident date her neighbor kids were at her residence with her kids. Ms. Davis stated Ms. Carroll younger child (juvenile) were making smart remarks while at the residence. Ms. Davis stated she informed the juvenile that if she keeps up with the behavior she will not be attending the party on Saturday. Ms. Davis then stated she texted Ms. Carroll and informed her of the juvenile behavior. She then stated Ms. Carroll responded back using profane languages towards her which wasn't called for. She continued to state she informed Ms. Carroll that she would not be taking the juvenile to school anymore and that she couldn't attend the party this Saturday due to the conflict she wasn't attempting to resolve. Ms. Davis stated she also wanted Law Enforcement to be aware of this incident due to prior incident where Ms. Carroll has intentionally damage their personal belongings. On the afternoon of November 14, 2015 at approximately 5:07 P.M. Deputy Singleton responded to a domestic disturbance call at 4547 Old Salkahatchie Hwy in Early Branch SC. When I Deputy Singleton arrived on scene I interviewed Sheree Washington who stated that after Deputy Ayer had left the scene from the previous call that her boyfriend Christopher Williams who resides at the residence said "bitch I should kill" you then proceeded outside, and retreived a light with a piece of pipe attached to it, and then struck her in the chest. At this time Washington called dispatch, and asked for a Deputy to come back out to her residence. While on scene Leslie TAPIA continued to yell at Hope BAKER and Ernesto TAPIA at an unreasonable and excessive level. Leslie TAPIA was requested to stop yelling on numerous occasions, but would not comply with our request. I informed her that she would be arrested if she did not stop yelling. She continued to yell at Hope BAKER and Ernesto TAPIA while she was inside the home as well as outside while standing in the street. Leslie TAPIA was again advised that if she did not stop yelling she would be arrested for persistent disorderly conduct. She refused to comply and continued to yell.
The reporting party (RP) received call from Diego Baca with Kings County CPS, 1400 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230 (559) 852-2345 who reported that on 12/21/16 at approximately 3PM while conducting a placement visit for youth Andrew Yanez DOB: 12/18/01 the youth and the social worker took a walk. During the walk Andrew disclosed that he and a staff member named Shawn Wilcox were involved in an altercation. According to Andrew at approximately 2:45PM he was in the office of the ground home with 2 other staff members named James Boston and Nicole Juarez. Andrew was requesting the staff members to take him to the store to use is Christmas gift cards, when staff member Shawn arrived and asked Andrew to exit the office. Andrew said no because
CCIB LPA Perryman-French received a call from the neighbor. The neighbor had been observing that Piah Ramirez has about 4 infants (under the age of two) in her care. She often leaves them unsupervised in the front yard. Once, one of the children went out the front gate with their parent following them, and into the street. The parent caught them, but the gate does not latch (is broken) so the child was lucky this time. Piah leaves them out front all the time (even for a few minutes) to go inside. Piah yells at them often. The neighbor became very concerned when today at 1045-1115 when the licensee, had all the children in the front yard with her, playing in a wading pool (3-4 inches deep at least). She advised she invited Lundy over to the location to confront him about stealing items. McCool said when he got there he began being disrespectful by calling her a "cunt" and other names. McCool told Lundy to leave which he walked out the door but as he was leaving, he said, "Fuck you." McCool said she walked outside to make sure Lundy left the property. The above caller requested police to meet him at his residence for a criminal mischief complaint. The caller related the children from 326 W. Centre St. were in the alley on W. New York St. throwing items and heard one of the items (believing it was a rock) strike the side of his vehicle (Jeep).
At approximately 9:57 PM while supervising the Collings House students and Haddon House peer, student Jonathan Rojas was smacked in the back of the head by another peer witch lead to a physical altercation (Rojas punching another peer in the eye). Mr. Ricks Immediately separated the two students and instructed Rojas to go to the Haddon House for some time away. Student Rojas complied with staff directives. Mr. Ricks then call Mr. Taylor who was driving back form court for staff support. Immediately after contacting Mr. Taylor the other peer became agitated and belligerent and fled the Collings House headed toward the Haddon House. Mr. Ricks exited the Collings House and entered the Haddon House where he observed the peer destroying property.
Dispatched to 209 N. Catherine St. for a disturbance. Caller Mark Sosna reported that he was just involved in a physical altercation with his step son Franklin Sterner and needs police to get him out. Officer's arrived on scene, Mark was on the porch upon our arrival, I observed Sterner on the back deck.
(May 17, 2017) This incident happened Wednesday night between the times of 8:30pm and 9:00pm. Mechal Stoudemire and Leon Stoudemire came in the residence at 652 County Road 21 North Prattville, AL, 36067. As they were entering the home, they were arguing at that time Leon Stoudemire had been drinking, I could tell by the way he was talking. At this time, I was on the phone with my girlfriend (Chelsea Sherman) and my sister Fantasia Butler was in her bed sleeping peacefully because she had school in the morning. I told my girlfriend that I was going to call her back, because I did not want her to hear them arguing over the phone. On 09/17/15 Ms. Allen contacted Laurel Police Department to have welfare check conducted on a family she alleges is homeless and living out their car; it’s unknown how Ms. Allen actually knows the family. Both Officer Stringer and Officer Roger approached the mother and the children in their car in a McDonald’s parking lot. Officer Stringer stated Officer Rogers approached the vehicle to speak with the mother. The mother and her four children were all clean and dressed for school. The reporter told Officer Rogers she was on her way to drop her children off at school. On 08-24-2016 at approximately 1700 hrs, I received a call via the city issued police department phone in reference to a pet that was killed by the neighbor. Upon arrival, I made contact with Carolyn Perry (TX-DL # 13247289), her residential address is 404 W.3rd Avenue # A. Perry was the reporting party about her small 8 month old kitten that was killed by the neighbor. Perry advised me, her small orange and white kitten went missing around last night with an unknown time frame. Perry was told by her nextdoor neighbor identified as Linda Bustos (TX-DL # 08437684), Bustos advised Perry that she had seen a cat lying in the roadway deceased the other day. James was a little hesitant of letting us in the house “James staid if you have to cause, I know you guys are going to.” So then I proceeded to ask him again can we make sure the female is okay yeah I guess. So know that we got consent from James, Christy was about to go inside and check on the female when James started to get a little “fidgeting” by pulling away from me and moving around so for my safety I put handcuffs on him. I advise James that you’re not being arrest it’s just for my safety because you seem very upset. So we all went inside to talk so the neighbors won’t thank bad. Jenkins stated she was living with her boyfriend, TITO MORRIS, at 2306 Prince St. APT C, in Beaufort, South Carolina. She stated she has been living at that particular location for the past two months. She then stated she has been dating MORRIS for the past 3 years. Since 9/4/17 the family have not made contact with the police department. Ms. Smith (Clay County CPS worker) attempted to speak with Mia in regards to the allegations; however, Mia become hostile and refused to continue conversing. The reporter made contact with Deputy Cook (Clay County Sherriff’s Office); Deputy Cook was familiar with the family and mentioned that filing reports as such has been an ongoing situation. On 10/13/17, Mia dropped Daria off on the campus. Kristopher filed a report of being assaulted by Daria. It is unknown if Kristopher filed charges. It is believed that Daria and Kristopher are fighting mutually, but Daria is the instigator. Communication has been made with the Dean (unknown) of MSU in regards to having Daria banned from the campus, which should go in effect as of 10/16/17. A week after sending a notice via mail, Daria would be charged for trespassing afterwards. It is unknown if Mia would be charged as well. The first two subjects I interviewed was the two witnesses, Ms. Denise Iverson (Witness 1) and Ms. Julie Hart (Witness 2). According to Ms. Iverson, her grandson, Mr. Elijah Morris (Arrestee), has been suffering from depression lately. Earlier today (December 25, 2017), Mr. Elijah Morris starting drinking alcohol and it caused issues with his depression. After becoming intoxicated, Mr. Elijah Morris went into his brother’s (other grandson) bedroom and started an argument with his brother, Mr. Riley Morris (Victim). When the argument started, she approached the bedroom and observed Mr. Elijah Morris committed battery by grabbing Mr. Riley Morris in the area of his neck. Ms. Iverson advised it appeared Mr. Elijah Morris attempted to choke Mr. Riley Morris, but was unable to do so during the physical altercation. When the physical altercation started, Ms. Iverson called the sheriff’s office for assistance. The two brothers were separated and Mr. Elijah Morris attempted to leave the residence.
