From the biography, what incident changed Dickens' life and helped to shape him as a writer?
I loved riding on the Knight bus it was amazing and wonderful. It was great to see how the Muggles don't see this great big bus just zooming through cars and towns. I also find it great that witches and wizards can use the Knigh bus to go to Hogwarts after the holidays instead of using Floo powder and Apparation. i also find it interesting how the bus has charms on the inside and on the outside and how at night instead of chairs there are beds. I love how it goes extremely fast and how it just zooms on the streets and towns. I didn't like being knocked out of my chair several times (laughs) but it was lots of fun and I will definitely ride the Knight Bus again and again. I also liked how there are 3 levels on the bus so wizards have room
Former cop, Mr. Bull,l knew that the police of New York City were on their lunch break. So, Mr.Bull made a tough decision to stop the robbery by himself. I think that I should become a bus buddy because i’m a kind person and if someone was getting bullied I’d stand up for them. I show leadership because if someone was fooling around I’d tell them to stop. I’m almost always at school unless I’m sick. I want to help others because I don’t want people to get hurt or get in trouble. I will never abuse my power, I will only report when necessary. This is because, I am very responsible. If I am a bus buddy, I will feel very good about myself because I am helping our buses be a safe and friendly environment. I am never late to school. I don’t ever miss the bus. I do this by making sure I am outside, waiting for the bus at exactly 7:45 a.m each morning. I am a very reliable person. I always tell
In the movie the boy is seen running in the streets trying to get out of the way of the carriage and horses that were going very quickly. The camera pans away from the wheels but we later see Gaspard holding that child’s body. In the book Charles Dickens didn’t describe how the body looked but he did write the line “‘Killed!’ shrieked the man, in wild desperation, extending both arms at their length above his head, and staring at him. ‘Dead!’” to set the scene and give readers an insight as to how distressed Gaspard was.
As might be expected, Dickens, his
Deputy Brawley went to make contact with the subject and Sgt. Bowden watched in case there were problems. Brawley made contact with a white male (later identified as Jason Taylor) and a white female in a wrecker. After making contact with Deputy Brawley the truck continued through the lot.
Typical, it is 7:31 am Monday morning and I am running late. Knowing it will take approximately twenty minutes for me to make it to 8:00 am lecture on time, I grab my book bag hastily lock my apartment door and fly down the slightly stained cement stairs. In less than sixty-seconds, I miraculously made it from the third to the first floor without falling. I congratulate myself and hop in my old reliable dusty gray, 2011 Toyota. At last, I arrive to campus just in time to park in the closest lot near the School of Nursing building making it to my first lecture of the day with ten minutes to spare. This seems like a small and normal morning routine for some, for others who do not have
