Everyone has had at some point a week in their life that they will never forget and is considered to be a crazy week. Weeks filled with joy, stress, and excitement is what we as humans thrive off. When our adrenaline gets going and our hearts start beating out of our chests; that is when we begin to live and see what life is all about. The craziest week of my life occurred this past summer when I took a mini vacation to Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, for my thrilling paintball event I participate in every year. The road trip of about three hours to Pennsylvania was filled with twists and turns that no man could have expected. Before we were even on our way the troubles came flooding towards us. The paintball event itself was filled with excitement but challenges that made my week tough. After the event when I was ready to go home, life threw me more curveballs then I was ready to hit. To begin my vacation, my eldest brother and I along with a couple other team mates faced hardship on Wednesday morning before we even hit the road. We did not have to be at our destination until Friday when the event started. However, we wanted to get there early to relax and just camp out for a couple nights. First, we had to run errands after packing our trucks up and filling the beds to the point that we feared something might fly out. The first stop was a local hardware store right here in Vineland, New Jersey, this seemed to be a routine trip until we excited the store to find equipment missing. Of course it could not have been some meaningless item that was stolen luck like that just was not going to come to me this particular weekend. The tent had been stolen right out of the bed of my truck. I was amazed this happened considering I was only in the store for fifteen minutes. Needless to say money was tight with the expenses of the event since this was no ordinary event it was ION. Invasion of Normandy reenactment and one of the largest paintball events in the country. We were forced to spend money that we did not have to buy a new tent due to the ignorance of someone who had the audacity to steal a tent from a stranger whom he or she knew nothing about. Now we became owners of a brand new tent that we had hoped could last us
