Dear Delta Lambda Chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma:
Delta Lambda Chapter has a rich history on the Miami University campus. Since its founding over 75 years ago, Delta Lambda Chapter has been recognized for its sisterhood, campus involvement, philanthropic efforts and academic improvement. You should be proud of your accomplishments, especially after receiving the Most Improved Academic Excellence award at the 2016 General Convention. The Fraternity cares deeply for your chapter and the role it plays on your campus and within our organization. It is the Fraternity’s hope that Delta Lambda Chapter continues to be successful. However, there are several areas of concern the chapter needs to address. The Fraternity has created an action plan to help

Ensure Delta Lambda Chapter is providing a well-rounded Kappa experience for all members by having open communication and holding each other accountable, even when it is difficult. The Fraternity is ready to provide assistance and support to help you accomplish these steps. I have great confidence in Delta Lambda Chapter’s ability to meet and exceed these expectations. I encourage you to ask questions, anticipate obstacles and keep us informed. My purpose as your District Director is to offer a clear direction and provide guidance.
This action plan, in conjunction with the chapter’s annual evaluation, will be reviewed at the end of the 2016–2017 academic year. A progress report outlining improvements in each area should also be submitted in December to the District Director by the chapter President.
We expect Delta Lambda Chapter to rise to the challenge and thoroughly address the areas above. The Fraternity will continue to provide you with guidance and resources. We are committed to your success and are ready to assist and support you.

Little did I know, the incredible role models of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Ms. Nicki Harper and Ms. Loretta Bookman, wanted to stress the importance of being a lady, a leader and a well-rounded individual. These ladies and the Delta GEMS program influenced my curiosity so much that toward the end of high school, I researched and learned more about Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I learned the members exemplify 3 of my core values: service, leadership and excellence.
By enlisting the help of everyone, they are starting to re-realize that Delta Zeta is important to them and that we all love each other. That disconnect, people feeling like they don’t belong, is something that takes hardly anytime to fix. That starts by every member saying hello on campus or knowing each other’s names. Right now, we are doing a good job of inspiring a shared vision of our chapter growing.
We represent our letters 24/7 and our connection to values is evident in our daily actions. The culture of Gamma Pi Chapter must continue to change and refocus on the true meaning of our Fraternity. You must continue open and honest communication with the Fraternity and your Coordinator of Chapter
The position of Panhellenic President at Kettering University plays an important role in sorority life by uniting the two chapters here on campus. The president should be able to maintain a neutral and supportive stance on all topics to create a productive counsel. I feel I could play this part to support Sorority Greek life based on my previous positions on campus. As a member of ASA I am currently acting as Standards chair, as part of this role I act as a mediator for concerns within the chapter and determine positive outlets to resolve those concerns. I believe these skills I have learned will aid in my ability to support the council. I have been a member of the Panhel counsel for the past two years and am very familiar with its operations.
Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated is the prime example of what every woman should strive for. Their core values as an organization to service the community and promote positive developments to better enhance those around them, is profoundly admirable. It would be an honor to be a member of such an outstanding organization. Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated always stood out to me, everything that they stand for is what every woman should stand for. The importance of public services and helping others, which they hold as a key element of their organization, is such a vital quality to have as an organization that seeks the betterment of the world around them. On a personal level, I know what its like to need help, and wanting to get help from those
Galindo is from the crossing class of Fall 2013 for the Houston chapter of his fraternity. Ever since he crossed, he has accumulated tremendous experiences in training new members, new actives, and even alumni in being better leaders among men. With new members, Mr. Galindo is stern and fair. He values respect the most and believes that new members need to understand the meaning of respect before they can become full-pledged brothers and also before he can call them brothers. Mr. Galindo instills the value of respect through positive reinforcement and empathy. When tasks become difficult for new members, he encourages them and cheers them on, reminding them that there are rewarding futures to overcoming these present obstacles. New members over time become really respectful and admire Mr. Galindo’s
Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Incorporated purpose is to be of service to all mankind dealing with critical issues in communities domestically and internationally. What I have grown to understand an envision a woman of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated to be, I accredit largely to the ladies of the Gamma Theta chapter. This has the result of attending many of the chapter’s events during my time at Hampton thus far. One of my favorite events was a screening of a documentary Girls Rising. I learned to appreciate every opportunity to learn and gain knowledge because in some parts of the world girls are restricted from receiving an education. A
Phi Delta Chi is a professional pharmacy fraternity that promotes scholastic, professional, and social growth in its Brothers. While pledging Phi Delta Chi I was honored when asked to be the pledge class treasurer after I had taken on the fundraising project. Now for my second year of involvement, I am the fundraising chair. As fundraising chair I organize events to raise money and lower dues for the chapter. This year I have been working with Purdue Athletics to run concession and in first 3 months of we have already reached our year goal. Along with my chair position, this summer I participated in a 3 day leadership development seminar, where we met with group advisor and focused on developing our leadership skills. We examined our personal behavior, developed goals for ourselves, and used roleplaying to practice. I also mentor a prospective brother and help her through the pledging process, answer questions about class, and encourage her pursuit of a career in pharmacy.

Living and being an example of the ritual in my everyday life is of my highest priorities. My commitment to this fraternity is unquestionable; I have attended four PIKE University events despite only being a member for a little over a year. I attend these events to better myself, my fraternity, and my community. I know that I can best represent the undergraduate members of our fraternity through the lessons and experiences I gained at PIKE University events. Attendance at these events provides exposure to multiple chapters and the trials and tribulations they face as well as the success stories. I can take their concerns and formulate plans to solve them, all the while using the principles and interest of the International Fraternity as
Since the beginning of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Alpha Men have lived up to the high standards the fraternity has set for its members. Alpha Men have uplifted their communities, empowered and motivated African Americans and have marched onward and upward towards the light. Memorable and impactful leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr. and W.E.B. Dubois are some examples of some of the qualities of Alpha Men. However, what sets the Rho Nu Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated apart from other chapters and the organization as a whole is their relentless pursuit of perfection. The members of the Rho Nu Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated are never satisfied and are always looking for ways to improve and do more. Essential every single member of
values and how we can add and contribute to the fraternity and make it a better place and a better Brotherhood for those who come after us, if we all grow and get smarter by putting in the work I'm learning about our history we will all be grateful for it in the long run when we have grown and
From a time when achievement was rare, and succeeding among minority was minuscule, a sense of order was needed. During this time Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated came into the world, bringing core values and achievement. Within the five objectives Kappa Alpha Psi showcases the distinction of itself from other fraternities. The founding fathers had the desire to shape a unique group personality different from the other greek letter college organizations, around the idea of achievement. When achievement was mainly concerned with improvement of personal status, security, and meeting the demands of everyday living the founders of the fraternity envisioned something bigger. Thus bringing about the Five Objectives that men of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated live by and exemplify on a day to day basis showcasing Achievement in every field of human endeavor.
