Find the perimeter and area of the given figure.

Perimeter of square $=32in.$

Area of square $=64in{.}^2$

Calculation:

As all the sides are equal and all angles are ${90}^0$ . So the given figure will be square.

The Perimeter of square $=4a$

So, Perimeter of square $=32in.$

The Area of square $=a^2$

  $\begin{array}{l}$ ={(8)}^2$=64\end{array}$

So, Area of square $=64in{.}^2$
