Let each ride needs x tickets

Let each game needs y tickets

According to question system of equation is

  $5x+4y=19\mathrm{...........}(1)$

  $7x+2y=23\mathrm{...........}(2)$

Multiply equation (2) by 2

  $14x+4y=46\mathrm{.......}(3)$

Substract equation (1) From equation (3)

  $9x=27$

So,

  $x=3$

Substituting $x=3$in equation (2)

  $7(3)+2y=23$

On solving,

  $2y=2$

On solving,

  $y=1$

Hence, 3 tickets for one ride and 1 ticket for one game.
