Explanation of Solution

Finite-state machine:

• The yellow light is added in the traffic light with the change of time 0.25 Hz which means 4 seconds of duration.
• According to the time, the signals are sent to the three different lights namely, red, green and yellow.
• The 30 seconds click time is added to the traffic signal to decrease the speed of the cycle between the green light and the red light.
