There is not enough convincing evidence against the null hypothesis.

From 11(a), null hypothesis is 0.12. If p value is smaller than significant level of 10%, then the null hypothesis is rejected.

Convert 10% into decimal.

  $\frac{10}{100}=0.10$

But $p=0.2184>0.10$ .

Thus, $H_o$ cannot be rejected.

Hence, there is not enough convincing evidence against the null hypothesis.
