Current Liabilities:
Current Liabilities are those liabilities which are intended to be paid within 12 months from the date of preparation of the financial statements. The liabilities which are required to be settled within a period of a year is known as Current Liabilities.
Long Term Liabilities:
Long term liabilities are those liabilities which are intended to be paid after 12 months from the date of preparation of financial statements. The liabilities which are not required to be paid within a period of a year are known as Long term liabilities.
To determine: The various items of liabilities to be classified in to current or long term liabilities.
