All the carbon dioxide produced during cellular respiration is due to TCA (Tricarboxylic acid) cycle in the mitochondrial matrix. One cycle of TCA cycle reduces a pyruvate into three carbon dioxide molecules. Thus, one glucose molecule gives out six carbon dioxide molecule.
