Company S is a leading coffee chain. This company is evaluating its business and is looking to make various decisions so as to improve the performance and the financial aspect.
Company could see that the special evening food menus percentage is changes but the opportunity for afternoon visitors is still high. Company has decided to change its strategy and to focus more on afternoon visitors and has though of including few more items in the menu for these afternoon visitors and company has also evaluated the its competitors strategy and has tried to work on the financial aspect also as the company is at a more mature stage of growth and the industry overall is in a state of overcapacity in the U.S. So, in short company has done its S.W.O.T analysis.
