Summary Introduction
To analyze:
The difference between training regimes for a sprinter and marathon runner and its reason too.
Introduction:
Muscles are the tissue in the body that is fibrous in nature. These play a key role in contraction that helps in the movement. The muscle cells have myofibrils that help the muscles to carry out their function. There are three types of muscles, namely, the smooth, skeletal, and cardiac muscles. The skeletal muscles can have two types of fibers, slow twitch, and fast twitch fibers.

Which one of the following is key
element to overall athletic
performance?
Select one:
a. Increase available lactic acid to
increase neural sensitivity.
O b. Building up inorganic

contractibility
c. To maximize energy use
without reaching the limitations of
any of the energy supply systems.
O d. Minimize tissue hydration in
order to maximize osmolality of
tissue.
Create a transition period for the sport volleyball A Transition Period is the first thing you should think about when considering an extended period of training. Dividing a longer training period into phases is called periodization. Each period has a purpose. And the purpose of the Transition Period is to prepare you for the harder training ahead.
