Difference between star, peer-to-peer and mesh topology:

Star topology	Bus topology	Peer-to-peer topology	Mesh topology
It contains one central hub, and all the computers or nodes are connected to the central hub.	It contains common communication line or cable called bus, and all the computers are connected to the bus.	The computer systems is denoted as “peers” which are connected to each other through the internet.	It use many access points to link a series of devices that communicate to each other to form a network connection across a large area.
