Introduction:
A balanced diet provides all the essential nutrients that are needed by the body to work properly. A patient may feel oral intake difficulties; in this case, healthy nutrition is supplied by the certain nutritional process. They are total parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition, and so on.
The prenatal nutrition offers a strong effect on the development and birth weight of the newborn. Taking a healthy diet during pregnancy is associated with the development of the fetal brain. A balanced diet also helps in improving the labor and delivery as well. The nutritional recommendations before and in the course of pregnancy are termed as prenatal nutrition.
