By looking at the simulation given in the question, we can say that,

In this simulation, using command $randInt(0,9)$ means that a number is between $0\text{ and 9}$ will randomly be drawn and thus digits of $0\text{ to 9}$ are all equally likely to be drawn.

However obtaining four boys should not be a lot more likely than obtaining zero boys in a sample of nine babies.
