Introduction:
Skin is divided into three parts namely, epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous layer. The epidermis is the outermost layer of the skin, while the subcutaneous layer is the innermost. The dermis layer contains the hair follicles, sweat glands, and connective tissues. The epidermis layer is constituted of five different strata or layers.
