DNA polymerase enzymes help in the synthesis of DNA molecule from the deoxyribonucleotides (the building units of DNA). These enzymes are crucial for the replication of DNA. It usually works in pairs to form 2 identical strands of DNA from a single DNA molecule. During replication, the DNA polymerase reads the existing strands of DNA to make two new DNA strands that resemble the existing ones.
