Program plan:
- Create new Windows Forms Application.
- Design the form by placing the labels, textboxes, and buttons and then change their names and properties.
- Declare the class-level variables “decDomestic”, “decInternational” as the decimal data types and “strIncome” as string data type.
- Inside the “Display” button,
- Convert the string type values into the decimal values.
- Sum the decimal values and store it in a string variable.
- Display the result in the message box.
- Inside the “Exit” button,
- Close the form using “Me.Close” method
