Explanation of Solution
Labor: It is the process of delivery of a mammal child, in which the placenta, umbilical cord, membranes and baby are expelled out of the uterus.
Dilation: It is the process of enlargement of the cervix just before the expulsion of a child. It is the first stage of labor.
Expulsion stage: It is the second stage of labor, which starts from full dilation of the cervix and it lasts until the baby is out of the canal/ female’s body.
Placental stage: This is the 3rd stage of labor, which includes the expulsion of the membranes, umbilical cord, and placenta out of the birth canal.
Adolescence: It is defined as a transitional phase of growth that is after childhood and before adulthood. It is the stage of life between the approximate age of 10 years to 19 years.
Infancy: It is the stage of early childhood, in which the baby is completely dependent on the mother. This stage lasts until 2 years after birth.
Adulthood: It is a period in human life in which a person becomes intellectually and physically mature. It is around the age of 20 years in a person’s life.
