    PlasmaIt is the liquid part of the blood, which is primarily composed of water. The blood cells are suspended in this fluid and it has dissolved nutrients, proteins, hormones and other electrolytes.
    Red blood cellsThey are biconcave anucleate cells. It contains hemoglobin, which is mainly involved in transport of respiratory gases.
    White blood cellsThey are the immune cells of the body and responsible for carrying out different actions for fighting pathogens.
