Introduction:
Most archaea have cells, which is similar with the bacteria. All archaea have cytoplasmic membranes but they differ structurally from that present in bacteria. The cytoplasmic membrane of archaea functions to control the export and import of substances using proteins just as the proteins used in the cytoplasmic membrane of bacteria.
