To explain: The reason for which a cDNA library from different cell types of an organism varies.
Concept introduction: DNA molecules make up deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) libraries that were constructed by scientists using genetic engineering techniques for gene cloning strategy. There are mainly two types of libraries that can be used to isolate specific DNAs, such as genomic and complementary DNA (cDNA) libraries. The cDNA library includes the cloned cDNA from the total mRNA of a particular organism. This library lacks the non-coding DNA and only expresses the coding region of DNA.
