Introduction: Rhizarian is a supergroup containing different species of eukaryotic organisms which are mostly unicellular. They do not have any clearly defined distinct morphological characters. Rhizarians are the amoeboid type of cells often having a tough outer shell called tests. Rhizarians also have cytoplasmic, thread-like projections that extend through the tests. It is these projections that suggest the name rhizarian.
